She got most of it wrong, claiming to be the victim... etc. etc. etc... she has no clue about the real world.
I worked for several Fortune 500 companies:
-women got promoted all the time that were not even CLOSE to being the best choice, other women were embarrassed
-women were developed, invested in, put in executive MBA programs, then quit when they were mid 30's to be a mommy
-In USA one time we had >30 people on paid medical leave often with no clear explanation (exclusive of maternity), some for > a year and of course all were women (a man tries that, he is a goner)
-women get up and leave an executive meeting at 2:15 pm, their kid is sick...
-women will often not travel for business (9-11 no woman traveled not one man stopped traveling... big pool of people)
I could go on...
